I have the results of a survey (5 point likert scale) that has been done on a group of individuals before treatment and again after treatment. I am able to identify the individuals and match their "before" responses with their "afters."

I am thinking of using a wilcoxon test to analyse (since it is ordinal data), but I didn't know if there is a better way. Any advice?

Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test should be ok since it deals with paired data.
