SPSS tables

Hello everyone,
A clerical question:
I want to export some spss tables to word. Some of the tables are too long and don't fit on a page. How can I make them shorter?
When I right click on them I get a number of options but they don't seem to work.

you just click right on name of your table on the left-hand side the page then use copy object and paste it in word page , this way is good too
