Are there equations that can be used to do f, t and z tests without the raw data? In other words, I have the statistics; e.g. Mean, variance etc., but I don't have the raw data. I'd like to use these statistics to set confidence intervals rather than downloading all the raw data.

As long as you're talking about confidence intervals for the mean you should be fine. We don't actually use the raw data in the construction of the confidence interval, we only use the statistics that we need.

Any good references on using these equations and tables?

Any textbook on 'Business Research methods", or "Research Methodology' available in plenty will solve your problem.
