I know of two sites that offer free, online statistics tutorials.

1. Hyperstat Online Textbook at http://davidmlane.com/hyperstat/ .
2. Introduction to Statistics and Probability at http://stattrek.com/Lesson1/Intro.aspx .

Hope this helps. Good luck.

I'm not sure about the free sites, but I find the statistics apps cheap as they are only a few bucks. The Statistics Professor app by Alex Kiss, Ph.D. is one I found that has tables and examples covering the most common statistical tests and is easy to follow.
