:confused: I would appreciate any help on locating specific examples where businesses can effectively use statiscal tools. I have found great websites on what the statiscal tools are but, now I need to provide examles and I am having problems locating websites for that info. Thank you for your help.

Just go to Google and type in the phrase "statistical tools" along with a major corporation's name. Examples that I can think of would be Motorola or Toyota. This should lead to plenty of examples. Also try Google Scholar, which should provide direct links to more academic papers.
