I am trying to statistically compare 7 species accumulation curves. Null: There are no differences between species accumulation curves among sites.
I used the Ugland algorithm to calculate the curves.
I ran an ANCOVA in Statistica and received p values that appeared correct-but I am not 100% positive that this was the right test to use.
Any advice? Thanks!!
