Hi I am currently confronted with a problem and do not know what test(s) to use to solve it.
I have data from 20 different scales across 10 days of growth
-weights per day
-coefficient of variation
-average weight
It appears that the scales which have a lot of weights per day early on(days 1-4) have a very high coefficient of variation compared to those with less weights during the same period.
I am curious how I should go about proving my hypothesis that the number of weights per day early on affects the CV later.
Someone recommended that I use the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test but I only have a semester of Stats under my belt so its a bit over my head.
