I have found significant differences in variance between data obtained from 3 treatments (using Levenes test). This is a particularly interesting and important finding for my research, although I do not know how to demonstrate where the differences lie. Is it possible to perform a post-hoc test or would you simply carry out a Levenes test between each sample? I am using minitab version 14 and it doesn't appear to give you such options. I'm not adverse to hand calculating the result.....
