Hi I'm using SPSS v13.0 to look at association between genetic variants and breast cancer.

I am no statistician so I was hoping to get some help here. All I need to do right now is test my variants to ensure they are all in Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE).

I'm not sure how to use SPSS to carry out this calculation. Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.
