I have an warning message on my MANOVA results which says that Box's Test of Equality of Covariance Matrices is not computed because there are fewer than two nonsingular cell covariance matrices. It has then gone on to do the multivariate tests, Levenes and tests of between-subjects effects. What does this mean and should I still use the subsequent findings?
