Hi,
I've been researching ways to interpret a likert scale as ordinal data. This has led me down the path that a Mann-Whitney U test is appropriate to comparing two sample observations. Additionally a Hodges-Lehmann estimator can prove the hypothesis. Does SPSS handle Hodges-Lehmann estimators, or is there another package that does? Thanks,
Marcus
