Hello there,
Thanks for stopping by. So here's the deal: I'm trying to do a friedman test on my screwy data. But I don't even know how to set up my data in sigmastat. I have two factors and one dependent variable. In essence I'm trying to see if there is a difference in Total abundance of invertebrate populations due to differences in years and different lakes. Therefore, I have to two columns of 'treatments' (Years, Lakes) data and one 'response' column (invertebrate populations).
So i'm just wondering if anyone can give me guidance on how to set up this data in sigma stat (or jmp software) so I can run my test.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as you can see they messed up when they let me into grad school.
Thanks!
