is anyone aware of a statistical based tool (opensource preferably) that can look at historical graph data and compare it to current and detect anomolies and trigger a script/alert? this is for monitoring usage on a web site and alerting when a significant difference is spotted compared to previous usage patterns, eg. sudden ramp up in traffic or a sudden decline, etc.
