Data should be entered in to the excel sheet in the following pattern: (Column A to D & Row 1 to 4)
A B C D
1 Route 1 Route 2 Route 3
2 Driver 1 24 21 27
3 Driver 2 28 27 25
4 Driver 3 18 13 19

Then from the menu toolbar select Tools-> Addins->Analysis ToolPak.

Then from Tools select-> data analysis - ANOVA Two-way without replications.

give the range a1:d4. then you can read the results by yourself.
