If you performed a 2 tailed z test with alpha= 0.05, the null hypothesis will be rejected if the computed value of the z stats is higher than ______ and lower than ______.
Would it be 1.96 and -1.96???

Yes, splitting the .05 between the two tails will create two critical regions, each containing .025 of the whole area, 1.96 standard errors away from the mean.
