Hi!

I am having trouble...if I have a data set and there are both male and female and I need to compare the two, is there anyway in excel to make it recognize that it is comparing the two?? Or do I have to turn it into two separate sets of data?

First you have to make a new column with 1 for boys and 2 for girls (or 0 and 1). Then use data analysis from tools. If you do not have data analysis go:
