I have just registered for this forum. May be it is just me but it seems that there is a significant lack of statistics forums on the web. You can get software forums, relationship forums, immigration forums - stats is a rare breed.

So, those of you guys who are posting here and helping others are doing a great job. Thank you very much. And count me in! :)

Hey all,
I have looked and looked and this is the ONLY PLACE to get stats help.
I wonder if there is a way to latex and if so how do I do it? I'm familiar with latex coding, but I have no idea how to do it , if it exists, on the site. I think my question would be more clear if I could use latex.
I look forward to learning a lot.

Welcome to the forum. We used to have Latex functions but they conflicted with some forum software features so I had to remove them. In basic statistics Xbar, sd and sqrt usually suffice. :D
