Hi guys, so here is the question that kinda confuses me.
Total land area for a country is 9,094 km's, of this land about 4,176 km's is forested.
And than I am asked to choose a location in terms of km's at random.
So i randomly chose, 5, 765 km's.
a) what is the probability that the area i chose is forested?
b) what is the probability that the area i chose is not forested?
I know its an easy one, but I dont know where to begin.
Thanks in advance
