Hi, I've never done a time-series regression and was unable to turn up anything in a search.

I'm looking at how vehicle sales affect average fuel efficiency. I've gathered all of the data from 1990 to 2003. I'm just a bit lost, as I haven't had a stats class in a while and am rusty...to say the least. I guess what I'm asking is, do I treat Year as I would any other independent variable?

Yes, year can be treated just like any other independent variable.
