The attached spreadsheet was created from the recent survey of chamber of commerce projects.

I asked members to grade the value of our current projects from 1 to 10 (highest). There are 13 projects.

You can see from my formula at C19 that I multiplied the grade by the number of respondents and then divided by the sum.

Is that the correct way to analyze this data? I think that skews by over weighting the higher numbers.

I appreciate any...
