How do I estimate sales given a multiple regression?

Hi, I'm doing a problem that involves multiple regression. The question asks me to make an estimate of future sales for 15 stores for 2004, given a model I developed using year 2003 data (using excel to generate an ANOVA table). I don't know whether by estimation, it wants me to apply a Prediction Interval or a Confidence Interval Estimator. If it does, I know how to apply it when given a single regression, but I have no idea how to apply them to multiple regression.

I attached the problem question along with everything I've done so far. Please help. I need help on the first case question.
