    Websites on designing scientific posters

I have to do a poster presentation in a few weeks and I'm looking for some good sites that might give some advice on designing scientific posters, maybe an outline and templates too.

    Especially templates...

Anyone have any sites they'd like to offer up for discussion?

Yeah, this thread is WAY old. I did my presentation months ago.

There is this website where you can post up an electronic version of your poster. I might do that and add a link later.

Next time, why dont you try the online journal of science posters:

Want an effective poster? Keep it simple.

    Never do this:

    But do more like this:

Never add more words to a poster than an abstract or risk 95% of the people to simply walk by.
People can always read your paper for the details on condition that you get them interested, and that's the general idea isnt it?... getting them interested enough to read your paper.
The true ideals of great philosophies always seem to get lost somewhere along the road..
