Descriptive Statistics For Non-Negative Data Set

Is there a method to produce something akin to traditional descriptive statistics for a data set that cannot go below zero? It's not uncommon for me to get outputs for a non-negative set that looks like this:

    Mean 105.4074074
    Standard Deviation 40.33048312
