    Smile Sample

Consider we have a random sample (120 answers) and a convenience sample (80 answers) from the same population.
Since the means of both samples are significantly equal (t-test independent samples), can we analyse the 200 alltogether?

    Thanks in advance
    Maria

You can call it a sample of 200. You can very well use it for analysis.

Many Thanks and with those 200 can I generalize to the population, as if all of those were randomly selected, because in fact only 120 were ramdomly selected?

You have to candidly admit that random sample is 120 and convenience is 80. That is it.
