Please suggest a statistical analysis method

Hi,

I did two group of tests. For each group, I obtained a series of (X,Y) data. So, now I did bar plot for each group.

For the figure, I can see significant difference between the two group. However, I hope to use a statistical analysis to draw the conclusion.

Since I have several (X,Y) data series for each group, I guess student-t test does not work. Can anyone suggest good method?

My goal is, pool all group1 data together, and also pool all group 2 data together,then use a statistical method to analyze them and draw conclusion.

Note, the attached plot just show a few data points. Indeed there are much more data points, and the number of points in each group are different.

Thank you for your reply.

Indeed, there is a exponential function that fit the X~Y data. That function has two parameters A and B. I can used student-t test to calculate the P-values for A and B. However, I hope to avoid analysis on parameters A and B.

From the error plot, it is obvious that the control group has higher Cauchy stress level than the pregnant group. I am just wondering whether there is a method to quantify this overall difference. Thanks.
