Good Visual Basic Text for statistics

Does anyone know of a good Visual Basic Text for writing code for statistical programming. I'm working with Statistica and in need of more efficiencies in my applications.

StatSoft provides a PDF document that explains how to write Visual Basic code for STATISTICA. You can download Getting Started with STATISTICA Programming from the StatSoft website.
