    tukey or scheffe in post hoc after ANOVA



    hi, i have question on one way ANOVA. in my lecture notes it was stated only tukey . but is it ok also When the three groups are not of equal size?? or its correct to go for scheffe (Post hoc) i have to go to .

    Well, if you're trying not to find any significant differences, then use Scheffe's test.

    That said, of course you can use Tukey-Kramer procedure with unequal sample sizes.

    thank you so much. i was confused between what stated in my lecture notes and what i watch in a visio on internet on post hoc where they advice to go to schefe if the groups not equal. thank u gor clearing my way
