Heys guys

Iv gotten hold of a table, but im trying to find specific values to imput in the data.

Im doing a report of data using hierarchical regression, and im trying to find what outputs i need to make to get the the numbers i need to imput on the following:

Beta, R, SR, P

I know where to get the p-value from, but the Beta, R and SR are confusing me! Can anyone help please?!
