    Help with some homework

    I got the following question for homework,

    We know that 27% of the homes in Cleanville have a central vacuum system. We are going to randomly select a sample of 1,100 homes.

    A. Calculate the Standard Error of the Proportion.
    B. Determine the probability that more than 30% of the homes in our sample of 1,100 homes do have a central vacuum system.

    I think I have got part A done,

    SE = √ [(p)(1-p) / n]
    SE = √ [(0.27)(1-0.27) / 1,110]
    SE = √ [(0.27)(0.73) / 1,110]
    SE = √ [0.1971 / 1,110]
    SE = √ [0.00017756757]
    SE = 0.0133254482
    SE = +/- 0.01

    my problem is with part B, not really understanding the question or what to do.
