SPSS => How to delete cases?

Hi there, hope some of you can help.

I am using SPSS version 18, I have a merged my data set from a longitudinal investigation of 2000 users measured in 3 different times. 2008-2009 and 2010. Unfortunately there are several drop outs, some have answered only in 2008 and 2009, other in 2008 and 2010, and some all the three periodes.

However how can I identify the cases or individuals that have responded on all three times in the investigation? I have tried several different approaches in "Select cases" and "if condition is satisfied", but I only get strange samples. Can somebody help me?

How have you registered the missing answeres in the SPSS file? With a "0", "-", "99", "no value at all (= .)" or something else?
If the missing answers are not given any number at all, the data viewer should illustarate those cells with a dot. Then, an easy way would be to in data-> select cases-> if choose those variables with missing values and then choose a range that covers all entered values.

Are you sure based on your data that you want to "leave out" these cases? That is, do you know that nature of the cases that have missing data (e.g., missing at random)?
