    if you have J=8, what is the maximum number of possible pairwise comparisons you can make?

    I need some help on probability - the question is:

    21% out of spec
    number = 16
    probability that at most 2 are defective

    This uhm... seems completely unrelated to your original post. It also doesn't really give much information. I think your question is about the binomial distribution but it doesn't relate to the original post. Did you read the link I posted? No offense but unless you read that link and follow some of the suggestions I'm not going to spend time attempting to help you.
