I’m quite new to statistical analysis and I would greatly appreciate any help on working out how best to analyse my data.

I have 2000 individuals – all being measured on 6 lifestyle categories i.e. age, sex, blood pressure etc. Three of the variables are scale and 3 nominal.
I want to be able to determine whether there is a relationship between one of the scale variables (blood pressure) and rest of the variables.

Will I need to conduct a multiple regression analysis, or is there a better way to do this?

Many thanks in advance!
