    Complex sample data

    Hi All,

    My google foo was not strong enough to find a function to correct SEs for nested data in R. In this case I just want to treat the nested data as a nuisance factor rather than important for the analysis (i.e. not multi-level).

    For those familiar with mplus I am looking for the R version of TYPE=COMPLEX;

    Cheers!
