Need help with point estimate problem

The problem is 459 selected light bulbs were tested in a laboratory, 291 lasted more than 500 hours. Find a point estimate of the true proportion of all light bulbs that last more than 500 hours.

I started the problem by dividing

291/459 = 0.63

1-.63 = .37

Next I attempted to solve the problem

0.63 + 0.37/2=

After doing this my answer was incorrect. What am I doing wrong.

It only asks you to estimate the percentage of light bulbs that last more than 500 hours.....

The problem i have states
As part of a class project students measured the circumferences of a random sample of 45 blue spruce trees near Brainard Lake, CO. Based on the sample collected the mean circumference was 29.8 inches and the standard deviation was 7.2 inches.
