Hey all, I'm in the middle of a study comparing a group of CONTROL MICE vs EXPERIMENTAL MICE before and after a stroke. I'm looking at comparing:
1. weight changes after the stroke
2. comparing the average number of astrocyte cells after the stroke between the two groups
3. comparing the average infarct areas after the stroke of the two groups

for all the above i have plotted graphs with the relevant points and an average is calculated but im not sure which statistical test to use
I'm having trouble choosing between the two.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
