Help with hypothesis problem - Type I or Type II error

Please let me know if I did this problem correctly.

Assme that a hypothesis test of the given claim will be conducted. Identify the type I or type II error for the test. The owner of a football team claims that the average attendance at games is over 86,400, and he therefore justified in moving the team to a city with a larger stadium. Identify the type II error for the test.

    The choices are:
    A) The error of falling reject the claim that the mean attendance is more than 86,400, when it is actually less than 86,400.

    B) The error of rejecting the claim that the mean attendance is at most 86,400, when it really is at most 86,400.

    C) The error of failing to reject the claim that the mean attendance is at most 86,400 when it is actually greater than 86,400.

The answer I chose was C. The reason I chose C was because this statement appears to reject the null hypothesis when it is actually false.
