This is what I got so far

n = 4

1.860 from table based on 90% prediction interval

(2.2361) (1.860) = 4.159

1 + 1/4 + 4(3 - 4.25)squared/4(81) - (17)squared (took square root of total)

After taking square root of total I got 0.423

0.423 * 4.159 = 1.759

Am I on the right track or did I do something wrong. Please help me
