    LOD and LOQ calculation



    How to calculate LOD and LOQ for viral assays (poisson method). The data and reference is attached. Data is available on page number 5. If you just read it says that data belongs to poisson distribution but I am unable to show it. I am using K-S test for distribution fitting.
