I am doing stats homework and I have a study result of F(1,22) = 9.619 with a p=0.005. do not understand how this was obtained. as I do not find an F table with this P ration. I see that if my p=0.05 the F (1,22) would be 4.300944. is this statistically correct ? I am thinking this would prove the difference between the control and treatment group would be significant as it would nullify the hypothesis? How does one get the first f value with the p value of 0.005? confused
