Mahalanobis Distance - JMP
Hello
I have a data set with 92 variables. I loaded it into JMP 9 and tried to calculate the mahalanobis distance in order to find outliers.
instead of getting the usual output, of distances for each subject, I got a graph with distances for only 8 subjects out of 70...
Does anyone has a clue of why this could have happened ?
Edit:
I found out why it happens, every row with at least one missing value doesn't get a calculated distance... how do I solve it ?
