Can someone explain what the steps for solving the following problem. Space shuttle astronauts consume an avarage of 3000 calories a day. One meal normally consists of a main dish, a vegetable, and two different disserts. The astronauts can choose between 10 main dishes, 8 vegetables, and 13 disserts.
