Hi

I have a data set of experimental data comparing 3 different loads on idendital bars - 1-way ANONA ?

I also wish to compare this data with data from another loading machine. But, this machine is know to give around 20% (p<0.05) different results to the one above.

Therefore, do I add that in as a factor and comper this data with a 2 way ANOVA? Or just stick to 1 way?
