Need help with my thesis. Which method should fit this situation?

Hi. Thanks for reading this post, I am really struggling with the statistics.
I am writing a case study with 17 respondents. I have 7 variables (age, education and son on) I would like to test against a index variable (made from 3 questions). My problem is that i don't have enough data to run a factorial anova test. Should I instead make 7 research questions and test every single variable against my index variable ( perceived ease of use) using a one way anova test? Should that be sufficient ? or what do you guys recommend?

    Really appreciate it guys

I would like to find out if there is a relationship between the perceived ease of use and the 7 different variables by the way
