Ok so i got a bunch of data here and i'm a little confused how to go about it.
let's say we have 4 rivers : river 1,2,3,4. Rivers 1,2 are in river basin 1, while rivers 3,4 are in river basin 2.
In each river 4 fish were caught and were measured
Measurements (Total length, standart length, head length, weight)
I have to compare these morphometrics between rivers and river basins with ANOVA.
I don't know how to go about it because i don't understand the hints i was given (sorry for the lousy paint).
What would be the correct way to do this ?
He told me to do a table like this but i don't this this is correct
![]()
Looking at the table i drew it looks like he wanted me to compare, say all the TL data of all diferent rivers with SL, HL and W. I just wanted to ask is that logical ?
I would invert the table and compare , say first river's TL, SL, HL, W with second river's TL, SL, HL and W.
