design of experiments - latin rectangle?

    hi all,
i'm looking for a way to block two factors simultaneously, similar to latin square..
problem is, the factors are not of same size. one has 4 levels and the other only 3.

any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    thanks!

    i'll try again.
suppose an experiment (cheking the effect of music type on mice irritation, for example) is effected by two factors such as operator(a,b,c,d) and time in day (morning, noon, night)
how do i reduce the amount of noise caused by these two factors using a randomized block model, or a "special" latin square?

    thanks again!
