R-Square in Anova Analysis- How is it calculated?

In Anova Analysis ( on SPSS or Excel Data Analysis Tool pack), we find R-Square, and Adjusted R-Square in the first table. How is calculated? What are the formulas used?

Thank you, Dason.Your suggested reference talks about Regression Analysis; but my query relates to Anova wherein we don't calculate correlation coefficients.

Sorry. I did not read far enough. Now I get to see how it is calculated.
