What does PLSR stand for?
How can two variables be "dependent" and yet have "not relation at all"?
I know PLSR can deal with multiple dependent variables, how about if let say the 2 dependent variables are totally no relation at all, shall we do the regression in seperate operations, deal with one dependent variable at one time?
Many many thanks in advance!!

I'm sorry, my mistake, i didn't state it clear.
PLSR=Partial Least Squares Regression.
I need to study the relationship between dependent variables Y1 & Y2 and 10 indepentent variables with only 15 samples.
PLSR method can deal with this kind of problem. Using mathlab, it is easy to get two regression models for the above problem.
My question is if Y1 & Y2 are no relation at all, shall we seperate the operations into 2, one operation for each Y?
