I am interested in Quality, Minimum Review Time, low publication fee (better if free) international statistical journals. I have substantial research works which are ready to be published in journals. But worrying about the review time, quality and charges. I just want to know are there any good (or moderate) quality International Statistical Journals which have minimum review time (as I need to complete my Masters with publications soon) and low publication charges (better if free, as I am a self-funded researcher from a developing country).Thank you.
