Is this a multiple regression?

First of all, sincere thanks for help I've received on previous queries. Ive learnt a lot in a short space of time.

Lastly, Can anyone tell me, if I have four score variables, and one is a different scoring range to the others, can I tell how much each score variable was potentially responsible for the others score? Do I use a multiple regression?
ie. I want to tell how much of an effect variable 1, 2, and 3, had on the fourth variable. Sounds like multiple regression but I'm getting no significant models

Yes, You can use multiple regression or what I know of more is logistic regression
