Factorial ANCOVA with 4 IV's and 1 DV

    Dear sir/madam,

My experiment is a Between-subjects factorial design. I used two scenario's.
I want to perform a factorial ANCOVA analysis with 4 IV's and 1 DV.

The DV= Performance Rating (on a scale from 0 to 100)
The IV's = Gender (male/female), Degree of relatedness (Yes/No), Opportunity to improve (Yes/No), Fire Employee (Yes/No).

My problem is that there is something about a moderator in this model, but it is still not clear to me which IV can be the moderator in my case or when is one of the IV's a moderator?

    Thanks in advance!!

    Kind regards,

    Nadia

    Hi jimmy you're right!

I'm still struggling to give the variable "relation" 2 or 4 levels.
